Terms of Service
Hotel Lobby AI's planned two-photo video service and usage rules.
Development status
The service is under development and paid checkout is disabled. The business operator, support contact, video-use expiry rule and final commercial terms must be reviewed and published before purchases are accepted.
Permitted photos
You may upload only photos of adults when you have permission to use both images for AI video creation. Do not use another person's image to impersonate them without consent, upload a minor's photo, or request a celebrity likeness or voice clone. You retain the rights you have in your photos and grant the service permission to process them solely for the requested video and its delivery.
Videos and purchases
The planned first release creates one orange-booth duo video from two separate photos. The current Single and Duo Pack prices appear on the pricing page; the final payable total appears in hosted checkout. Only one video is generated from the current draft immediately after confirmed payment. Further uses require a new request. A confirmed technical failure restores the reserved use once. Deleting a completed video does not restore a use. The final purchase expiry, tax and payment terms will be shown before checkout opens.
Output quality can vary and the service does not guarantee exact facial likeness, lip sync or a particular result. The video and any included audio are subject to the final verified production specification displayed before payment. The service is not affiliated with Migos, Quavo, Takeoff or A COLORS SHOW.
Delivery and support
Completed results are private to the account that ordered them. Download and keep a copy before the displayed expiration date. See refunds for the planned technical failure and cash-refund route. A working support contact will be published before paid use.
