How Hotel Lobby AI handles account data, two-photo drafts, video tasks and private files.
Current status
Hotel Lobby AI is in development. Paid checkout and production video generation are disabled until the service, suppliers, retention jobs and this policy are reviewed. The final operator identity and support address will be published before paid use.
Information used to provide the service
The planned service receives account details from the login provider, two photos you choose, your selected left and right roles, purchase and task records, and a generated video. Photos must show adults whose use you have permission to authorize. We use this information to prepare a draft, process an order, create and deliver a private video, and handle support and refunds.
When generation is enabled, the photos and the approved reference material will be sent to the selected video generation provider, MiniMax. The payment provider, Waffo, handles hosted checkout and provides payment status. We do not ask for card details in the generator.
Visibility and retention
User photos and completed files are intended to stay in private storage and be accessible only to the signed-in owner. Local drafts in this browser expire after approximately 24 hours. The planned site retention is seven days for uploaded source photos and 30 days for completed video files, subject to implementation and verification before paid use. Payment records may be retained separately from media. Provider, logging, backup and legal retention terms will be disclosed after account review; a site deletion does not by itself prove deletion from every third party.
Deleting a completed task revokes new access through this site and starts file removal. In-flight tasks may need additional handling before their output is removed. Do not rely on a temporary signed link as a long-term archive; download any video you want to keep.
Analytics and contact
The site will not send photos, email addresses, payment card information, private file links or free-text prompts to analytics. The actual analytics provider, if one is enabled, will be named here. A working support address will appear on the contact page before paid checkout opens.
